It’s finally February, and the weather is feeling like Spring ((and unusually so)) here in Kentucky. I’ve been itching to get outside and dig in the dirt, even though I know it isn’t gardening season just yet. What I have been able to do is go outside, take a little walk, and enjoy the fresh air around me. Not only is this good for my mood, it’s good for my lungs, my heart, and my New Year’s resolution to LOSE WEIGHT! Yes, I’m going there. Look, I know you’re tired of all the “lose weight fast” articles and the “you need to buy an outrageously overpriced gym membership” hype. That’s why I’m not going to take this article that far. Those people are unrealistic, in my opinion. I know this article isn’t going to motivate you to become a gym rat if you’re currently a couch potato, and it won’t help you lay off the chocolate that you love so much. So, let’s be realistic here. I’m about to name 10 REAL, AFFORDABLE foods that should be on your grocery list every time you shop. You can buy these at your local grocery store, or you can find them at super low prices through the links associated with each category. Either way, if you include these foods in your daily routine, you’re going to see a difference. Oh! Did I mention they’re all really tasty? That’s not a bonus…we all know it’s an essential.
