Build your career without sacrificing your life.
By now, you've probably already given up on your New Year's resolution to shed some pounds. Year after year, I have fallen into the exact same trap. I promise myself in January that I am going to lose weight, and then I'm shoving pizza down my throat by the time March rolls around. It's a really bad habit that I've fallen into. Thankfully, this year I have managed to break the cycle. That's right: It's April and I'm down 15 pounds from January, folks! It may not be much, but it's more progress than I've ever made in the past. So, how have I done it? I figured out that I must keep myself accountable. I do so by tracking my progress on certain weight loss apps. Even though I have always been the kind of girl that fails to keep up with her food journal, I haven't missed an entry in my weight loss apps. The next best thing about these weight loss apps is that they are free! Obviously, each one has an "upgrade" option, but it isn't required. I have only upgraded 2 out of the 3 applications, and I'm still seeing results!
#1: Pacer Pedometer App
#2: DietPoint App
#3: MyNetDiary App
Losing weight and getting in shape is transforming my life right before my eyes! Being overweight my entire life and dealing with an eating disorder in my early teenage years left me unhealthy and unhappy. By using these apps, keeping myself accountable, and continuing to set small goals for myself every single day, I am getting my life back.
