If you’re online and you’re looking for leggings, you’re in good company. They’re cool, versatile, and stylish, so naturally, all of the major pop culture influences are wearing them. Whether you’ve paired them with a skater dress or a sweat-inspired tank top, you’ve got the perfect outfit to get you throughout the day.
Personally, I’ve never worn a more comfortable or better fitting pair of leggings than those that I received from Abby + Anna. Abby +Anna is a direct sales company, as are most of the companies that I’ve been writing about lately. They are set apart from Legging Army, La La Leggings, and other legging companies, because they have much more than tights to offer! Also equipped with skirts, dresses, and other women’s fashion, this online retailer is BOOMING! It’s not difficult to figure out why, once you have a piece of their fabric pressed up against your skin. It’s softer than silk, breathable enough for even the most hot-natured individuals, yet warm enough to wear outside on an Autumn day. Their outfits are colorful, bold, and stylish. They keep up with the latest trends, and their material is always well-stitched. There’s really not a good reason to avoid checking out their website. The clothing fit me, it fit my mother, and it fit my best friend. Not to mention, I’m sporting a BEAUTIFUL country-themed keychain on my purse, right now, courtesy of an Abby + Anna distributor.
Why should you support Abby + Anna? Well, it’s not really as much about the company, as it is about the people representing it. Like all other direct sales companies, independent distributors spread the word about their favorite Abby + Anna products, and try to get their friends and family to buy under their shop, in order to receive a commission that will let them pay their bills, take their children to a movie, or even buy family groceries for the week. It’s very difficult to support yourself solely on a direct sales income. Not because the money isn’t legit, because it really is, and not because the work isn’t worth it, direct sales has been one of the most rewarding positions I’ve held, but because the money isn’t steady or guaranteed, but the bills are.
Recently, I came across a woman with one of the kindest hearts I’d ever seen. She wanted me to review her products on my blog, like I had with so many others before her, but when I found out that this lovely lady has been battling Leukemia for over 6 months. She’s a wife, a mother, a businesswoman, and a human being. She’s trying to pay for her chemo, her daughter’s wants and needs, as well as her husband’s medical treatment, which he hasn’t been able to seek due to their lack of finances. I understand the struggle of seeing “Cancer” pop up on a test result, and it isn’t a pretty sight. It’s almost safe to guess that if you’re reading this, cancer as touched you or someone you love in a difficult way, as well.
With all of this in mind, the quality of the products, on top of the personal need of the independent distributor that’s just trying desperately to keep her family afloat, I ask that each one of you reading this article take a moment to go look at her website. If there’s nothing you’re interested in buying, there may be a good Christmas gift or birthday present that you could pay forward. Thank you, my readers, for all the love and support you send into the hearts and homes of people whom you’ve never met. It’s truly amazing what can happen when a group of people get together and decide to make a change. You could change somebody’s life, or even save somebody’s life. So, when someone on the street asks you where you got that beautiful maxi dress you’re wearing, you’re going to be able to say from Misti Kirkland of Abby + Anna, in honor of a great cause.
